Job Responsibilities  

  • Contributes to business growth by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifying business opportunities by recognizing possibilities and assessing their situation in the business; examining and investigating deals choices.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintaining relationships with customers by offering guidance and information; researching and recommending new opportunities such as profit, products and service improvements.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Enforce organisation standard to maintain quality service and products.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge.


Job Responsibilities  

  • Maintaining the data entry of all sales, purchases and payment details within the accounting software.
  • Ensure filing of paperwork is done on time and in orderly fashion.
  • Ensure paperwork are in place for all purchases, sales & payment and its relevant signatories have signed all copies.
  • Assisting the accounts executive, management executive and auditors with relevant requests.
  • Enforce organisation standard to maintain quality service and products.
  • Contribute to teamwork efforts and work well with pears others towards accomplishing required results.
